星期六的時(shí)候，我很早就起床了，因?yàn)槲乙凑憬娨暸_少兒頻道的安全教育節(jié)目。早上8：10分左右開始的。第一部分是當(dāng)發(fā)生地震時(shí)我們應(yīng)該如何避險(xiǎn)；第二部分是當(dāng)火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)我們應(yīng)該怎樣正確逃生；第三部分是在馬路上行走時(shí)應(yīng)該注意哪些問題；第四部分是我們不應(yīng)該到哪些地方去游泳，當(dāng)有人發(fā)生溺水時(shí)我們應(yīng)該如何營救；第五部分是其他一些校園安全防范常識。我以為是八點(diǎn)半開始的，所以我起晚了一點(diǎn)，當(dāng)我打開電視開始看的`時(shí)候，我不知道放了到哪個(gè)部分了，所以我就一邊看電視一邊看通知單。
看完電視我知道了當(dāng)發(fā)生地震的時(shí)候如果我們在校園里的話，我們得趴在桌底下，不要?jiǎng)�，保護(hù)好自己的頭，要閉上眼睛。如果在家里發(fā)生地震的話，我們得拿上枕頭在某個(gè)角落蹲著，把枕頭放在頭了，閉上眼睛。
當(dāng)發(fā)生火災(zāi)的時(shí)候，我們得象以前演習(xí)那樣如果在學(xué)校我們得用袖子捂住口鼻。排好隊(duì)跑到操場上，之后再迅速離開學(xué)校。如果在家里發(fā)生的話，我們得用濕毛巾捂住口鼻，直接下樓，不能乘坐電梯，不然會困在那里。
我還知道了怎么過馬路和其他的安全知識，我覺得這些知識對我們非常有幫助，我牢牢的記在心里。
