播下種子期盼收獲雙語散文

　　The story is told of two boys who were walking through a field and found some corn seeds scattered across the ground.They each took one of the seeds home and planted it.

　　這是一個(gè)關(guān)于兩個(gè)男孩的故事。他倆穿過田地時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)地上有一些散落的玉米種子，每人撿了一粒，帶回家，種到了土里。

　　When the first boy didn't see a tiny sprout after the second day,he dug up the seed to see if it had sprouted.Each day he dug up the seed and replanted it,but the corn would not grow.The seed had germinated;yet the boy had not allowed it to maintain contact with the soil,take root ,and obtain nutrients.So,it died.

　　第二天，第一個(gè)男孩見種子還沒有發(fā)出芽來，便將種子從土里掘出來，看看它到底有沒有發(fā)芽。每一天他都要將種子從土里掘出，然后再重新種上，但是種子始終不長(zhǎng)。其實(shí)，種子已經(jīng)發(fā)芽了，但是男孩總不讓它與土壤接觸，結(jié)果種子無法生根，吸收養(yǎng)分，便死了。

　　The second boy planted his seed and left it alone.He imagined a tall stalk of corn where he had planted the seed.He waited patiently as rains came and sunshine bathed the ground with warmth.In ten days,a small sprout had broken through the ground,its curled leaves reaching toward the sky.

　　第二個(gè)男孩把種子種上后，就沒再打擾它。他想象著他播下種子的地方會(huì)長(zhǎng)出一株茁壯高大的玉米。不管下雨，還是溫暖的陽光沐浴大地，他都耐心的等待。十天后，一個(gè)嫩芽破土而出，它那卷曲的.葉子伸向天空。

　　Achieving any desire,whether large or small,begins with a seed sown in the mind.That seed is the vision of its fulfillment.It also requires the commitment to allow the vision to grow.Commitment in daily life allows life's storms to strengthen resolve.Resolve allows us to nurture a new dream,improve an exisiting dream,or even begin over if necessary.

　　任何愿望的實(shí)現(xiàn)，不管其大小，都始于我們心靈中播下的那顆種子。那里種子能勾勒出愿望實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)的景象，但它需要我們盡心盡力地耐心地等待這一景象成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。日常生活中，如果我們盡心盡力，生活中的暴風(fēng)雨只會(huì)加強(qiáng)我們的決心，而決心會(huì)使我們滋養(yǎng)新的夢(mèng)想，完善已有的夢(mèng)想，或者必要時(shí)甚至重新再來。

　　How ofen do we plant the seed of a beautiful deam in the fertile soil of our minds,and then dig it up?What could you achieve if you allowded your seed to grow,continuing to foucus your spiritual eyes on the harvest?Just sow your seed,allow it to grow,and see an abundant harwest.

　　我們?cè)谛撵`的沃土中，播下一顆美好夢(mèng)想的種子后。是不是不待它生根發(fā)芽就將它掘出土壤？這樣的事情每隔多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間我們就會(huì)做一次呢？如果你讓種子生長(zhǎng)，不斷將你心靈的眼睛投向那豐收時(shí)的景象，你會(huì)收獲什么呢？所以，播下種子，讓它成長(zhǎng)，期待著大豐收，這就可以了。
