外籍教師行為準(zhǔn)則

　　1.按時上、下班，不得遲到、早退和無故缺勤。

　　Be punctual for classes. No lateness and no unexcused absence.

　　2.提前候課。在預(yù)備鈴響后必須到教室候課，做好課前準(zhǔn)備。

　　Show up before the first ring bell and get ready for the classes.

　　3.上課中途不能無故離開教室。

　　No sudden absence throughout the class hour.

　　4.課堂上不能吃東西，不嚼口香糖，不能坐在講臺上面講課。

　　No eating, chewing gum or sitting at teacher’s table in class.

　　5.注意儀表及文明用語，著裝要得體，不佩戴過于夸張的飾物，不準(zhǔn)穿拖鞋、吊帶背心；不講粗口。

　　Keep dress code in mind, be neat and appropriate, no exaggerated ornament, no slipper and vest.

　　6.堅決不能體罰或變相體罰學(xué)生。對學(xué)生要有愛心、耐心和細(xì)心。

　　No physical punishment to students; be more patient, considerate and nice to the students.

　　7.每堂課都應(yīng)該保持最佳的精神狀態(tài)，把知識高效地教授給學(xué)生。

　　Be energetic and active during the class to effectively impart knowledge to student

　　8.課堂上如有重大事故發(fā)生，應(yīng)及時與助教老師、班主任和部門主管聯(lián)系，請求幫助。

　　In case of any emergency, contact the assistant teacher, master teacher or dean of the school teaching department immediately.

　　9.上班時間如有急事需請假，要辦理請假手續(xù)。

　　Permission required before temporary leave in class.

　　10.及時進(jìn)行課后反饋，與助教或主管主動溝通。

　　Give feedback timely and communicate with Chinese English teacher or dean of teaching apartment positively.

　　11.加強(qiáng)同事之間的團(tuán)結(jié)，注意溝通，在學(xué)生面前不議論校方、教師之間的事情，不得在學(xué)生面前爭吵或有其它不宜的言論或行為。

　　Strengthen the connection and communication with the teachers regularly; no negative discussion about school and teacher with students. No quarrel, improper talk or behavior as well.

　　12.有效組織課堂、控制紀(jì)律是教師應(yīng)具有的基本素質(zhì)之一。外教不能過于依賴助教或中方教師。

　　Be capable to manage class effectively, no over dependence on assistant teacher or Chinese English teacher.
