　　The Advantages of Travel

　　Travelling is good for everybody's health.

　　When you travel outside,you must walk a lot,so that you will take lots of exercises.You can also see many beautiful scenes in the places you travel. That is good for your eyes.

　　Moreover, travelling can broaden your views and provide you many knowledges that you can't get in the textbooks in class.

　　So travelling is useful and important for both body health and mind health.

　　Travel is beneficial to us in at least three ways.

　　First, by traveling we can enjoy the beautiful scenery in different places. We will see with our own eyes many places read of in books, and visit some famous cities and scenic spots.

　　Second, we will meet people with different interests and see strange and different things when we travel. We can get ideas of the conditions and customs of other people, taste different foods and local flavours if we like. In this way, we can understand how differently other people live.

　　Third, travel will not only help us to gain knowledge of geography and history and other knowledge, which will arouse our deeplove :for our m0therland, but also will help us keep healthy and make us less narrow-minded. Travel does benefit us both mentally and physically.

　　Whenever a college student is asked, "What are you going to do this summer vacation?" The most probable answer might be "I am going to have a travel. " It sounds that college students are fond of travelling. Why? Because travel has numerous advantages.

　　First of all, travel can widen our knowledge of geography, the knowledge of customs, cultures and lifestyles of different places and countries. Secondly, we can make friends and practise a foreign language through travelling. Finally, travel is the best way of pastime. We can enjoy eating various food and seeing beautiful sceneries.

　　This nation’s day, i went to changzhou spring city with my parents. it’s the first time for me to go there. i was looking forward to it for a long time. my dream was coming true. after one and a half hour’s drive, we arrived. we saw a lot of old buildings. they are very special. the most interesting place was the zoo inside. there are many animals, such as, tigers, elephants, zebras and monkeys. monkeys are my favorite are our good friends. later i went to the children ‘s playground, it’s children’s world. i played happily with my parents. finally, we watched 4d movies, it was very exciting。
