　　邀請函格式

　　邀請函是邀請親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項活動時所發(fā)的請約性書信。它是現實生活中常用的一種日常應用寫作文種。邀請函的格式主要有四個部分，分別是標題、稱謂、正文、落款。

　　一、標題

　　由活動名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個性化的活動主題標語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會邀請函”。活動主題標語可以體現舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。

　　二、稱謂

　　邀請函的稱謂使用“統稱”，并在統稱前加敬語。如，“尊敬的× × ×先生/女士”或“尊敬的× × ×總經理(局長)”。

　　三、正文
